The mounting hole is tightly fitting for the planetary gear motor.
The bar has a locating hole for the flattened shaft of the gear motor.

Mounting
Insert the motor into the radar housing from below.
Put the radar bar onto the shaft. Pay attention to the flat spot.
The bar does not need to be glued in place.

Dismantle the gear motor:
Pull off the radar bar.
Press on the shaft and push the motor out downwards.
Do not pull upwards on the shaft.

Caution: do not use force to turn the gear shaft.

Material: PLA 3-D print.

Support structures are removed. The surface is pre-smoothed but still has small grooves.
Lightly grind over the surface and smooth with spray filler.
We recommend for surface smoothing

Voltage:
Gear motor 3V
Controller input voltage 4,5-22V, at the controller the output voltage is adjustable.

Adjustment:
Turn the potentiometer to the right with a 2mm slotted screwdriver. The motor stands still.
Now turn slowly to the left. The motor starts to turn. Adjust the speed.
Note: if the motor becomes noisy, the output voltage is too high.
