New in the programme are over 100 different figures in 6 different scales.
The figures are suitable for ships, fire brigades, construction vehicles in the leisure sector and much more. They are not drawn figures, but scanned "real" people from the various professional groups in different poses.
Proceed as follows to assemble the sliding sleeve:
1. Fasten the coupling on the motor shaft. Secure the screw connection with medium-strength Loctite
2. Push the sliding sleeve all the way into the coupling.
3. Push the flex shaft completely into the sliding sleeve and cut the flex shaft to the exact length.
4. Cut the Teflon tube to size and slide it onto the flex shaft.
5. Glue the flexible shaft in the sliding sleeve with high-strength Loctite
6. Secure the screws in the coupling with low-strength Loctite and screw them into the coupling so that the sliding sleeve can be moved axially in the coupling.
In this way, the flex shaft can be adjusted in length depending on the load, i.e. it can be shorter.
Important! Flex shafts shorten under load. Therefore, depending on the flexible shaft Ø and length, a corresponding longitudinal tolerance must be left during installation:
at mini approx. 1mm
at midi approx. 2mm
at maxi approx. 3-4mm
with XL approx. 4-5mm
With the sliding sleeves, the tolerance adjusts itself because they can be moved in the coupling.
