MD CLEARBOND is a transparent, low-odour acrylic adhesive with medium viscosity. The mixing ratio is 1:1. MD CLEARBOND can be used for transparent bonding of glass, plastics and metal. MD CLEARBOND is shock and vibration resistant.

The 2-component high-performance adhesive MD CLEARBOND is the "formula one racer" among high-performance adhesives. It can be used where conventional adhesives do not achieve the required strength.

    Temperature resistance: approx. -50°C to +120°C
- Pot life: approx. 2 minutes
- Fixing time: approx. 3 minutes
- Final curing time: 24 hours
- Gap filling capacity: 2 mm

Pot life: approx. 2-3 minutes, setting time shortens at high temperatures. No reaction takes place below 5°C.
                   Join the parts together within 4 minutes.
Handfest: after 10 minutes
Final curing: after 24 h (approx. 75% of final setting after 2 hours at room temperature)

Fields of application:
For bonding metals, ceramics, glass, stone and many plastics such as ABS, polystyrene, PVC, Plexiglas®, GRP, wood, etc. Non-glueable plastics are Teflon®, polyethylene, polypropylene, soft PVC and polyamide (Nylon®). For many on-site repairs with high quality and little effort.

Storage: Cool, dry and dark. Optimum storage temperature 12 - 15 °C
